The Selle San Marco Aspide saddle features a waved design that provides the rider with a streamlined saddle that is also extremely light and built to provide a great deal of comfort. The saddle looks as though it is going to be extremely uncomfortable with the total carbon shell that appears to offer no padding whatsoever. Looks can be deceiving though and the saddle has enough give in the shell to allow plenty of comfort for the rider.
The saddle is padded with Biofoam to allow a lightweight padding that conforms to the movement of the body during pedalling. The shell is made from carbon fiber reinforced plastic and it is not only a very strong material but it is also light and, key to the comfort of the saddle, is flexible. This is a saddle that will remain the same shape for years on end.
The rails are made from a material called Xsilite which is said to be both lighter and stronger than titanium. It is made from a combination of silicon, titanium and carbon. Covering the saddle is and anti-skid material called MicroFeel. It is breathable and hard wearing and will provide a certain level of grip on the saddle.
Ensuring your seat is adjusted to the correct height will play a big part in finding the most comfort you can get from the saddle. Although the edges appear as though they are sharp, they will not be noticeable once you have found the optimal setting.

For faulty products, Cecil Walker Cycles offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. They do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of their products, however due to their high level of customer service, they will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If they cannot replace the product, they will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
